Children's Sleepwear 1: In July 2024, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled 45300 sets of children's sleepwear sold on Temu due to violating the flammability standards for children's sleepwear and posing a risk of burns to children.

Flammability not up to standard

In the US market, products such as JUVENNO KIDS children's button up two-piece pajama set, Fashion Online children's pajama set, and Lovely Angel children's lace pajamas have been recalled due to violating US federal flammability standards and posing a risk of burns to children. The US regulation 16 CFR 1615/1616 has clear regulations on the burning standards for children's pajamas of different sizes and styles (tight or loose), and these recalled pajamas did not meet the corresponding requirements 467.

Australian market: Temu luminous hooded hoodies and other children's pajamas recalled in Australia have not passed local fire safety tests, and the fabric flammability does not meet the mandatory standard 257 for children's pajamas.

Lack of warning labels: The Temu children's night light hooded pullovers recalled in Australia come in styles such as "Pink Rainbow Unicorn," "Purple Rainbow Unicorn," "Blue Dinosaur," and "Space Planet." These sleepwear do not have fire warning labels that comply with the mandatory standards for children's sleepwear, and consumers are unaware of the potential risks associated with the product
